The Details:

Water scarcity and tightening environmental regulations are driving a transformation in how industries across the Middle East manage and treat wastewater. From oil and gas operations to textile manufacturing, industrial wastewater streams—often laden with complex and persistent contaminants—pose significant treatment challenges. This webinar, hosted by ZwitterCo, will explore how innovative membrane solutions are reshaping wastewater management in key sectors including industrial wastewater, textile effluents, landfill leachate, and oil & gas produced water and refinery waste.

ZwitterCo’s breakthrough lies in its zwitterionic membrane chemistry, a proprietary material science innovation that enables membranes to resist fouling from even the most challenging streams. Unlike conventional membranes that degrade or clog over time, ZwitterCo membranes maintain consistent performance by actively repelling organic and biological materials. This superior anti-fouling capability dramatically extends membrane life, reduces cleaning frequency, and improves operational efficiency.

The company’s portfolio includes superfiltration (SF), ultrafiltration (UF), and reverse osmosis (RO) membranes—spiral-wound modules engineered for high-strength industrial wastewaters. These membranes are uniquely capable of handling high-organic loads, oils, and a broad range of dissolved solids—making them ideal for treatment and reuse scenarios that are becoming essential in water-stressed regions.

Throughout the session, attendees will gain insights from real-world case studies showcasing ZwitterCo’s impact across diverse applications. Each case will highlight how customers have improved reliability, reduced costs, and achieved compliance using zwitterionic membrane technology in harsh operating environments.

Following the case studies, ZwitterCo will host a roundtable discussion featuring:

  • Alex Rappaport, Co-Founder & CEO
  • Myron van Ert, Chief Commercial Officer
  • Ali Ben Haj Hamida, Sales Executive, MEA

During the roundtable, attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with ZwitterCo’s leadership team. The panel will discuss regional water challenges, application-specific insights, and address audience-submitted questions in an open Q&A format.

This webinar is ideal for plant operators, engineers, OEMs, water treatment specialists, and environmental managers seeking proven, high-performance solutions to complex wastewater challenges. Join us to discover how ZwitterCo’s membranes are redefining what’s possible in industrial water treatment—delivering cleaner water, more efficient operations, and a more sustainable future for the Middle East and beyond.
